Keweenaw jacket lack of pockets

"Bought ordered the updated one since my other Keweenaw jacket was so good. This one does not have the 2 breast pockets and the only inside pocket you can’t access if you are wearing the liner. (Unless you unzip the liner vest) Why they didn’t put a zippered pocket in the vest liner or have it as an outside waterproof zipper makes no sense. Someone dropped the ball on this design. Jacket is great otherwise"

"So far happy with this jacket. However I had a zipper failure on a Klim jacket I purchased a couple of years ago. A little disappointing as it was a very expensive jacket. Any direction you could point me in for customer service with that would be helpful. Thanks"
