What products qualify for our price guarantee?
Products must match all the following criteria:
- Identical products including brand, model, size, colour, and specifications
- In-stock products, immediately available for purchase at a Canadian retailer and at Royal Distributing
- Products that are not a part of our exclusion list
How to price match:
- Before making your purchase, visit the Customer Service desk at a Royal Distributing store, or contact our Customer Service team to request a price match
- Provide proof of competitor pricing. This can be a flyer, printout, website, or photo, and it must be during the competitor’s offer period
- For online advertisements, provide the complete web address of the product page
- We will confirm if the product qualifies for our Price Guarantee and may verify the price and availability
