"The tire is what was installed originally on the bike. The beads were pretty close together possibly due to tire stacking which made the mounting of the tire next to impossible on your own. I put the inner tube in the tire and inflated it over night to widen the spacing and that did the trick. If your plan on doing this yourself with tire irons, I hope this helps."
