Assault Industries 7075 Barrel Tie Rods

Triple the Strength with Half the Weight for Your Pro XP
Upgrade your steering with Assault Industries 7075 High-Strength Barrel Tie Rods for the Polaris RZR Pro XP. These tie rods are 3x stronger than stock, delivering extreme durability without unnecessary bulk. They're engineered from premium 7075 aluminum, so they combine race-ready performance with lightweight construction for the ultimate steering upgrade.

Built for Maximum Strength
Our 7075 tie rods are bench-tested to outperform stock and even rival premium steel rods - all while staying lighter. Unlike chromoly or weaker steel variations that bend and stay bent, these rods flex under load and return to shape, improving resilience in the harshest conditions. That's the advantage of true 7075 aluminum.

Precision Machined
Each tie rod is CNC-machined from a single piece of 7075 aluminum, hard-anodized black, and finished with laser-engraved Assault markings for a stealthy, premium look. They're paired with heavy-duty Assault heim joints and hardware for the outer connections and work with OEM rack hardware for a straightforward install. Proudly made in the USA for riders who demand the best.
