Pneu double sport Shinko 705

I still have the same front tire that was mounted in Toronto and it should do another 10k kms, currently @ 17k and I'm on the 2nd rear Shinko 705 @ 8k now (almost finished)

This is the second Shinko 705 as a front tire on my KLR 650. The first tire achieved in excess of 20,000 km. I’ve also ran the 705 on the rear, with two tires achieving 10,000 km. The tires wear and ride well when properly inflated. For my purposes, the Shinko 705 is a great product and is well priced. Royal Distributing’s delivery process is also great.

Tire is perfect so far. Have a Shinko 804 on the front, which is a major improvement on Forestry roads but a bit noisy. The 705 seems good on gravel but much quieter getting there. Just what I was looking for. Thankyou!

This is the 2nd Shinko 705 rear for my 2001 BMW R1150RT. LoL I got 20,000kms from the 1st rear, which isn't at all shabby for a +600lb bike. The front, as expected still has plenty of tread. These 705's are one of the best deals for radial tires out there. I've ridden it in all kinds of West Coast weather, on the slab, gravel, and at somewhat illegal speeds. ;-) No complaints, whatsoever.

A great tire for the price.

Mounted the tire on a 2000 Moto Guzzi California 1100 so the tire would not be typical for this bike. None the less, I quite like the tire. So far it has exhibited a good grip to the road, corners nicely and has exceptional tread. Do not know yet how well it will wear.

I have used shinko 705 tyres on many bikes from vstrom 650 to klr650 and my wifes bmwf650 gs . in my humble opinion these are the best value for the dollar . I average 12km to the rear and over 20 on the front but since I'm getting older I replace both at the same time around 14km

Excellent 80/20 tire with good performance and long tread life.

Ballin tires. Great mix of aggressive and smooth for mainly highway driving with trail capability.

Decent tire, rode noise is a little annoying at first, but it goes away after a few hundred miles.

Best dual sport tire for the dollar. Don’t expect great single track performance but gravel and hard packed dirt roads they are great

I appreciate the cost effectiveness of the Shinko 705. I usually replace the back tire twice to each one on the front. Good traction on pavement and on the gravel roads i ride on.

Great dual sports tire. . works superb on dry tarmac/paved and dirt/gravel roads, haven’t had the opportunity to ride it in rain yet.

This is my second set. This tire took a two balancing tries but is still good value for money.

Sweet tires

I was very surprised how well these handle off road! I went riding with a friend and he said I'd never keep up with these tires, but he was wrong! Even made it up a steep sand hill with ease. They're great on the road, quiet, corner nicely, and handle well on wet roads. I love that they can also handle dirt/ gravel roads. I can comfortably cruise at 100+km/h
