OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. SPONSORS

The Royal Distributing Seth Enslow Collector Honda Giveaway (the “Contest”) is sponsored and administered by Royal J&M Distributing Inc. (“Royal Distributing”) and The 100 Concern Ltd., operating as Moto Craft Festival Tour 2026, of 2B Minto Street, Unit 2, Toronto, ON M4L 1B6 (“Moto Craft”) (collectively, the “Sponsors”) and is open between February 20, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and 12:00 a.m. ET on July 23, 2026 (the “Entry Period”).

The Contest is held in connection with the Moto Craft 2026 show taking place at Base31, 343 County Road 22, Picton, Ontario K0K 2T0. The Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Honda Canada Inc., American Honda Motor Co., Inc., Metal Mulisha, Crusty Demons of Dirt, Base31, Meta, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or any other third-party brand, event organizer, or social media platform referenced herein.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Contest is open only to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry (each an “Entrant”).

The following individuals and their household members (whether or not related) are not eligible to be Entrants of the Contest: employees, officers, directors, shareholders, representatives, and agents of the Sponsors and of Base31, Seth Enslow, and the successors and assigns of any of the foregoing.

The Sponsors have the right at any time to require proof of identity and/or eligibility of an Entrant to participate in the Contest. Failure to provide such proof may result in disqualification.

3. HOW TO ENTER

There are two (2) ways for an Entrant to enter the Contest: (i) Purchase Entry; and/or (ii) Written Entry (together, each an “Entry”).

Purchase Entry

During the Entry Period, Entrants who purchase an advance ticket to the Moto Craft 2026 show — whether a weekend pass or a single-day ticket — receive one (1) Entry per advance ticket purchased (each a “Purchase Entry”).

Only advance tickets to the Moto Craft 2026 show purchased during the Entry Period are eligible. Tickets purchased at the door or after the Entry Period do not qualify as a Purchase Entry.

To be a valid Purchase Entry, the Entrant must provide his/her/their full legal name, complete residential mailing address in Canada, telephone number, and email address.

Each valid Purchase Entry is equal to one (1) Entry.

Written Entry

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.

To enter without making a purchase, an Entrant may submit a document containing his/her/their full legal name, complete residential mailing address in Canada, telephone number, email address, together with a unique five hundred (500) word essay describing why he/she/they would like to win the Prize (each a “Written Entry”).

Each Written Entry must be placed in a separate sealed envelope and mailed with sufficient postage, or otherwise delivered to:

925 Woodlawn Rd W

Guelph, ON N1K 1B7

c/o Moto Craft Contest

Written Entries must be received within the Entry Period. Written Entries received outside of the Entry Period are ineligible.

Each valid Written Entry is equal to one (1) Entry. Each Written Entry must be unique to be eligible. Any entries that are created using artificial intelligence, or reproduced, substantially similar, automated, robotic, bulk, copied, repeated, photocopied, illegible, incomplete, fraudulent, or that do not meet the required word count, or that are late, are void. The Sponsors, in their sole and absolute discretion, reserve the right to disqualify a Written Entry based on ineligible content, including content that is substantially similar to a previous Entry.

All eligible Entries, regardless of method of Entry, shall have an equal chance of winning. The Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify any Entrant or Entry that does not comply with the requirements under these Official Rules.

There is a limit of 2,000 Entries per Entrant.

4. PRIZE

One (1) total prize will be awarded, consisting of: one (1) 2002 Honda CR250 motocross motorcycle in Metal Mulisha livery (the “Prize”), formerly ridden by professional freestyle motocross legend Seth Enslow and featured in “Crusty Demons of Dirt 7,” and part of Royal Distributing’s exclusive bike collection. The Prize is the authentic, one-of-a-kind motorcycle referenced above — it is not a replica.

The Prize has no cash value. The Prize is a unique collector’s item, is not available for purchase, and its market value cannot be readily ascertained. No cash alternative, equivalent, or substitution will be offered, except at the Sponsors’ sole discretion.

The Prize includes the motorcycle only, in its current condition, and no additional parts, accessories, documentation, or memorabilia unless expressly provided by the Sponsors at the time of pick-up.

The Prize is stored at the Royal Distributing retail location at 925 Woodlawn Rd West, Guelph, ON N1K 1B7 (the “Prize Location”). The Sponsors reserve the right to temporarily display or transport the Prize from the Prize Location for promotional purposes, including display at the Moto Craft 2026 show.

5. PRIZE CONDITIONS

THE PRIZE IS A COLLECTOR’S ITEM ONLY. IT IS NOT WARRANTIED IN ANY WAY, IS NOT REPRESENTED TO BE ROADWORTHY, TRAIL-WORTHY, OR OPERABLE, AND IS NOT INTENDED TO BE RIDDEN OR OPERATED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

The Prize must be accepted as awarded without substitution, and may not be transferred, assigned, exchanged, refunded, or converted to cash. The Sponsors reserve the right to substitute another prize without liability.

The winner is solely responsible for all costs and expenses associated with the Prize not expressly stated herein, including without limitation: costs associated with retrieving the Prize from the Prize Location; transportation; storage; insurance; and any other costs of display, preservation, or ownership.

The Prize is awarded strictly on an “as-is” and “where-is” basis, with all faults, whether known or unknown. The Sponsors make no representation, warranty, or guarantee whatsoever, express or implied, regarding:

condition;

mechanical fitness;

roadworthiness or trail-worthiness;

merchantability;

durability;

safety;

fitness for a particular purpose; or

suitability for operation or riding of any kind.

The winner acknowledges that the Prize is not intended to be ridden or operated, and agrees not to ride, race, or otherwise operate the Prize on any road, trail, track, or other surface. Any use of the Prize other than static display and ownership is at the winner’s sole risk. The winner assumes all risks associated with ownership, transportation, storage, and display of the Prize, and acknowledges and agrees that the Prize involves inherent risks as provided in the Liability Release.

Transportation and pick-up of the Prize is the sole responsibility of the winner. The Prize may be picked up by the winner at any Royal Distributing retail location, at a date and time mutually agreed upon with the Sponsors. The Sponsors are not responsible for arranging, coordinating, or paying for the shipping, freight, or transportation of the Prize to or from any location.

Once the Prize has been provided to the winner or the winner’s designated carrier, the Sponsors bear no responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage to the Prize.

6. RANDOM DRAW

At approximately 2:00 p.m. ET on July 26, 2026, at Base31, 343 County Road 22, Picton, Ontario K0K 2T0, during the Moto Craft 2026 show, Seth Enslow will select by random draw one (1) potential winner from among all eligible Entries received during the Entry Period.

The odds of winning the Prize depend on the total number of eligible Entries received during the Entry Period.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION

The potential winner selected in accordance with section 6 will be contacted by the Sponsors’ representative at the telephone number or email address indicated in their Entry to determine if they are eligible in the discretion of the Sponsors’ representative. In the event that the potential winner does not comply with these Official Rules, fails to respond to such notification within five (5) days, incorrectly answers the skill-testing question (described in more detail below) as determined by the Sponsors, fails to provide documentation required by the Sponsors, or declines the conditions of the Prize for any reason, the potential winner will be disqualified and the Prize will be forfeited. At the Sponsors’ sole discretion, an alternate potential winner may be randomly selected from among all remaining eligible Entries.

8. DECLARING A WINNER

To be declared a winner and claim the Prize, the potential winner must: (i) be eligible according to these Official Rules; (ii) correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question which will be administered by telephone at a mutually agreeable time; (iii) sign a duly completed Liability Release and, except where prohibited by law, Publicity Release form, on behalf of him/her/themselves; and (iv) provide any other documentation as required by the Sponsors, and return the same to the Sponsors by the date specified on the applicable documentation.

9. WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND PUBLICITY RELEASE

By participating in the Contest and submitting an Entry, each Entrant: (i) agrees to be bound by these Official Rules, including all Entry requirements; (ii) agrees that the decisions of the Sponsors are final and without appeal; (iii) remises, releases and forever discharges the Sponsors, Base31, Seth Enslow, each of their respective parents, affiliated companies and subsidiaries, any and all other companies associated with the Contest (including the Prize suppliers and suppliers of materials or services related to the Contest), and all of their respective employees, directors, officers, shareholders, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all actions, causes of actions, suits, debts, dues, accounts, claims, damages, liability, losses, harm, costs or expenses, including without limitation any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to the Entrant or any other person, including personal injury, death, or property damage, arising out of, or in any way related to, directly or indirectly, the Contest, including without limitation the Entrant’s participation in the Contest, any breach of these Official Rules, the awarding, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of the Prize (or any portion thereof), and any travel or activity that is related to the receipt or use of the Prize, and/or the violation or infringement of any intellectual property rights or of any publicity, personality or privacy rights, and agrees to fully indemnify the Released Parties from any and all claims by third parties relating to the foregoing.

By accepting the Prize, the winner authorizes the Sponsors and each of their designees to use in any related publicity, the winner’s name, city and province/territory of residence, photograph, image, likeness, voice, and any statements he/she/they may make regarding the Prize for advertising and promotional purposes worldwide in perpetuity and in any form of media now or hereafter devised worldwide (including the Internet), without limitation and without additional compensation or consideration, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law; and waives any rights that may exist in respect of materials produced pursuant to the foregoing.

10. PRIVACY AND DATA

By entering the Contest, each Entrant consents to the collection, use, and disclosure of his/her/their personal information for the purposes of the Contest, including by agents of the Sponsors. All information submitted by Entrants is being collected by the Sponsors and is subject to, and will be treated in a manner consistent with, Royal Distributing’s Privacy Policy accessible at: https://royaldistributing.com/policies/privacy-policy. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Contest should be directed to the Sponsors.

11. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

(a)            The Released Parties are not responsible for: (i) stolen, late, incomplete, ineligible, inaccurate, misdirected, lost, misrouted, scrambled, damaged, delayed, undelivered, mutilated, postage-due or garbled entries, transmissions, mail or email; (ii) lost, interrupted or unavailable network, cable, satellite, server, Internet Service Provider, website, or other connections including those through and/or by any website; (iii) availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone, cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties; (iv) failures or malfunctions of phones, phone lines or telephone systems; (v) any error, omission, interruption, defect or delay in transmission, processing, or communication; (vi) non-delivery of any communication or Entry; (vii) misdirected, blocked, or delayed email notifications or phone calls; (viii) printing, typographical or other errors appearing within these Official Rules, in any Contest-related advertisements or other materials; (ix) any other errors, problems or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, network, computer, telephone, mail, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Contest, including, without limitation, errors, delays or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Contest, the processing of Entries, the announcement of the Prize, or the provision of the Prize; (x) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users, tampering, hacking, human error, equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest; or (xi) any injury or damage to the property of the person or person themselves resulting from participating in the Contest, including by submitting an Entry.

(b)            Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Contest or website or attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest by cheating, deception or other unfair playing practices, or intend to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other Entrant or the Sponsors or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by the Sponsors, will be disqualified and all associated Entries will be void. Any attempt to deliberately damage the content or operation of the Contest is unlawful and subject to legal action by the Sponsors and/or their agents. The Sponsors shall have the sole right to disqualify any Entrant for violation of these Official Rules or any applicable laws relating to the Contest, and to resolve all disputes in their sole discretion. The Released Parties (i) make no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind concerning the Prize and its conditions of use, and (ii) disclaim any implied warranty. The failure of the Sponsors to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

(c)            The Sponsors retain the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel, suspend or otherwise modify the Contest (or any portion thereof) and/or to amend these Official Rules at any time and in any way, without prior notice, for any reason, including, but not limited to incidents where a virus, bug, unauthorized human intervention, or other causes corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper operation of the Contest (or any portion thereof). In the event of cancellation, the Sponsors may elect to identify a winner and award the Prize by way of random drawing from among all non-suspect, eligible Entries received up to the time of such cancellation.

(d)            Any attempt to deliberately damage any website associated with the Contest or undermine the content or legitimate operation of the Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsors will disqualify any Entrant responsible for the attempt. The Sponsors and their agents reserve the right to seek damages (including legal fees) and other remedies from any person(s) responsible for the attempt to the fullest extent permitted by law.

(e)            By entering the Contest, Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by all decisions of the Sponsors, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest.

(f)             The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations.

(g)            If any provision of these Official Rules is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

12. GOVERNING LAW

The Contest and these Official Rules shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

Any disputes arising in connection with the Contest shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ontario.
