So far the products are good

Good quality product. It came with a prelibricated O-Ring in a sealed package. No damage during delivery. Installation was normal with no drips or leaks.

my first filter arrived damaged and Royal Distributing replaced it no charge. It arrived quickly. It is not installed yet but I anticipate any issues.
