HERE'S HOW IT WORKS
- Shop for products online & add products to your cart
- When checking out, select the store pickup option & choose your store
- Pay for your order online
- Within 48 hours, you will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup
- Visit the store location you selected during store hours and proceed to the customer service desk
- Provide your order number and ID and pickup your order!

Orders can also be placed by phone for store pickup. Call us: 1-800-265-2970. All orders must be picked up within 14 days of receiving the e-mail notification.
HOW DO I PURCHASE ONLINE AND PICK UP IN STORE?
Simply shop online at royaldistributing.com, add items to your cart and select store pickup at checkout. You can select your pickup location before placing your order. You can also order by phone at 1-800-265-2970.
I JUST PLACED AN ORDER. CAN I PICK IT UP NOW?
We will send you an email as soon as your order is ready for pick up. Please do not go to the store until you have received this notification.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER READY FOR PICK UP?
Most orders are ready for pick up within 2 business days. We’ll send you an email as soon as it’s ready!
WHAT TIME CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?
Once you receive a pickup notification email, you can proceed to the store during regular store hours.
