Holiday Return Policy
Dates: Purchases made between November 1st and December 15th, 2024
Holiday Policy: Customers will be able to request a return authorization up to January 15th, 2025. All other aspects of our regular refund policy apply.
Refund Policy
Return new and unused items within 30 days of purchase for refund or exchange. Items must be returned in new, unused and uninstalled condition. Items must be in their original packaging and in resaleable condition. All returns are subject to inspection and approval. See below for instructions on returning or exchanging an item in store or by mail. Note: A return postage fee of $7 (plus applicable taxes) will be deducted from your refund for returns made by mail.
THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE:
- Electrical components
- Tools
- Snorkel kits
- Special order items
- Manuals are eligible for return but packaging must be sealed
- Undergarments
RETURNING AN ITEM AT A STORE:
Ensure your item is eligible for return and bring it to your nearest Royal Distributing store along with your original invoice and original method of payment. There is no charge for in-store returns or exchanges that meet the return conditions.
RETURNING AN ITEM BY MAIL:
Note: A return postage fee of $7 (plus applicable taxes) will be deducted from your refund.
Before returning an item by mail, call 1-800-265-2970 for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please have your invoice information ready before calling.
We will provide you with a pre-paid Canada Post shipping label. Package the unused item in a shipping box and securely attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.
If you require a different size or colour, or a different item altogether, you must return your original item and place a new order for the correct item.
EXCLUSIONS
Air stage locations are not eligible for $7 return shipping labels; please contact us for subsidized return shipping rate instead.
Returns shipped COD will not be accepted. All unclaimed or refused COD parcels will be subject to a service charge equal to twice the shipping charge to cover shipping costs both ways.
WARRANTY CLAIMS
Most parts are warrantied against manufacturing defects for 90 days from the date of original purchase. A one-year warranty applies to most tracks and clothing items. All warranty is subject to the manufacturer's approval. Items may need to be returned to the manufacturer for approval, and refunds are only issued after the manufacturer issues a credit.
Royal Distributing is not responsible for any downtime incurred during shipping or the manufacturer's approval process. Any part which is deemed to show evidence of being used or installed contrary to the manufacturer's instructions, or subject to improper handling, packaging or return shipping by the customer, will not be eligible for exchange, refund or warranty consideration.
Warranty does not extend to replacement items (warranty applies from the original date of purchase). Warranty does not extend to laborer installation charges. Royal Distributing does not cover any shipping costs related to warranty items; these are the responsibility of the customer. Stated claims on performance parts are as stated from the manufacturer. Royal Distributing does not test all products or substantiate all claims.

- Tires
- Tracks drilled for studs
- Racing tracks
- Performance parts
- Red tagged, closeout and clearance items (prices end in .88)
